Tim started his career at Cadbury Schweppes in 1988. At Cadbury Schweppes he held key roles as General Manager for the Schweppes Bottling company in Mozambique, General Manager Export and Food Services for Cadbury South Africa, and Country Manager for several markets in Sub Saharan Africa. After the acquisition of Cadbury by Kraft Foods, Tim was appointed General Manager for Central East Africa for Kraft Foods. Over a period of 3 years in this position he doubled the size of the Cadbury and Kraft business in Central East Africa. More recently Tim has held executive positions at Danone Southern Africa, as Director for African Expansion, and General Manager Mayo Dairy.
